This culture is particularly suited to highly competitive sectors, where efficiency and customer satisfaction are paramount. Rules and procedures are strictly followed, limiting creativity in favor of reliability and consistency. 

Hierarchical Culture: Zeus:

The hierarchical culture, symbolized by Zeus, is characterized by a pyramidal structure and a clear division of roles. Here, authority and rules are central, with each employee having precise responsibilities. This model is reassuring for those who prefer a structured environment, but can also limit employee initiative and motivation by restricting their freedom and creativity.
